Project Synopsis: Challenge/Opportunity	The DeKalb County Community Gardens is looking for help aligning strategic goals set at an executive level with board oversight. The challenge revolves around becoming familiar with how boards of non-profits operate as an oversight vehicle, how DeKalb County Community Gardens sets their goals for the year, and how the executive team and the rest of the team work towards accomplishing those goals and reporting on progress towards those goals.
Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required	Researching best practices for board oversight The "OKR" (Objective and Key Results Framework) as well as other frameworks that might be helpful to use when tracking progress toward objectives Familiarizing yourself with goals set for DeKalb County Community Gardens for the year Establishing a methodology for reporting on progress toward goals
