The DeKalb County Community Gardens has grown a lot in recent years due to extensive involvement from volunteers. Volunteers often join the DeKalb County Community Gardens to teach members of our community about gardening, help with organizing and implementing the use of resources to build and manage the garden, help with food distribution, and more! In order to best serve the community, the volunteers, and our team, we intend to implement a "volunteer management system" that enables us to better track the community members that are involved as volunteers, when they intend to volunteer, what they intend to work on, as well as help us plan for who needs to be available to manage it.

We are looking for a strategic recommendation on which tool to use and how to set up that tool in order to maximize the effectiveness of our volunteer program
