| Project Title | Develop A Comprehensive Brand Communications Strategy For Dana’s Day Spa |
| Project Synopsis |
What is the challenge or opportunity you are trying to address within your organization? Dana’s Day Spa is a 1-person operation offering a wide array of services for total and ‘every day’ well-being, rejuvenation, and relaxation in a private and serene environment. Dana takes pride in offering clients customized and tailored services to their individual needs and providing the highest quality services, products, and personalized attention. With a strong commitment to serving customers and their needs, the owner and operator have little bandwidth to devote to brand development and management. Dana’s Day Spa is looking for your help to create and distinguish the company's image, products, and services from competitors and ensure the brand is perceived as planned and secures its objectives.
What are some of the activities or action items you think will need to be taken to achieve your desired results? What would make this project a success for your organization? What measurable results are you looking to accomplish? |
